Los Banditos del Canto is a New York based

musical improv group here to tell stories and steal your hearts with song and dance made up on the spot! Based off an audience suggestion, Los Banditos spins a fascinating tale with protagonists, antagonists, and henchmen characters. This improvised musical show will dazzle from start to finish with a memorable story, sultry dance numbers, flirty lyrics and catchy tunes you'll be humming on your way home!

There is nothing tentative about Los Banditos del Canto—this group hits the stage running and never turns back. It’s a very fun ride. How can a show be edgy, dark, funny, cheerful and refreshing at the same time?  Just see the show and experience it for yourself!

This group is directed by Rocco Privetera and accompanied by the phenomenal CCL pianist Frank Spitznagel.

Los Banditos have been performing together in the New York City area since the Summer of 2007.  Performance venues have included Stage Left Studios, the Sparks Center, Figment Festival, MakeMusicNY, Governor’s Island, the Bridge Theater, North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival and the Magnet Theater.
